In response to members' requests, we are providing more resources to help you respond to the COVID-19 situation.
As per federal regulations, employers are required to post the notice linked to the red button below in a clearly marked location in your workplace. Being that most employees are working from home, you can meet this requirement by providing the poster electronically to every employee. Please have all the recipients respond to confirm. The notice outlines the terms of the FFCRA, which goes into effect April 1, 2020.
