About the Moderator:
Devin Beasley is a self-storage director with The Mele Self Storage Group of Cushman & Wakefield. After graduating from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development, Devin joined The Mele Group representing companies and private clients across the Southwest.
Since Devin joined The Mele Group in January 2017, Devin has successfully closed over $170,000,000 in storage transactions. His business model is focused on facility acquisition, disposition and transaction management for national and regional users of storage as well as forming long-term, strategic partnerships.
