Making Progress Toward an AZSA Association Health Insurance Plan...

AZSA is forging ahead with efforts to form an association health insurance plan. We are now in discussions with three major carriers actively forming similar plans for associations in other industries in Arizona and elsewhere in the US.
We need data to get a quote.
Please take the shortest survey ever. All we need is:
- Arizona city and
- Zip code where you work
- Date of birth (or just indicate January 1 of the year you were born)
That’s it! With 1,000 responses, we will have the data needed to get a quote for cost and coverage. So far, we have collected over 500 responses from AZSA Board Members and participants in our 2019 conference and other AZSA events.
Even if you do not plan to use the insurance option we are striving to create, please help your self-storage colleagues who need better options than the ones currently available to them. Many owners, employees, and vendors need better coverage at a more affordable cost. The more data we have, the more likely we are to be able to meet this need.
Whether you are an owner, manager, employee, vendor, or connected to AZSA in any other capacity – if you are receiving this via email or reading it on the website and work in Arizona – please provide the data for yourself, your spouse, and your children.
