David Grapsas

Director

David Grapsas is a Principal at United Structural Design, LLC, a prominent structural engineering consulting firm specializing in self-storage facilities. With over 645 storage projects designed across the United States, United Structural Design has established itself as a leader in the field. Mr. Grapsas is a licensed structural engineer with a Master’s degree and over 15 years of experience in the building construction industry. He holds licenses in 25 states across the US. David has previously served on the AZSA Board and would welcome the opportunity to rejoin. He is currently the Chair of the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona (SEAoA). Outside of work, David is married to Jodi, and together they have two children: Penelope (7) and Theodore (5).
