David Grapsas is a Principal at United Structural Design, LLC, a prominent structural engineering consulting firm specializing in self-storage facilities. With more than 645 storage projects designed across the United States, United Structural Design has established itself as a leader in the field.
David is a licensed structural engineer with a master's degree and more than 15 years of experience in the building construction industry. He holds licenses in 25 states across the United States.
David has previously served on the AZSA Board of Directors and continues to support the association and Arizona's self-storage industry. He currently serves as Chair of the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona.
Outside of work, David is married to Jodi, and together they have two children, Penelope and Theodore
