Annual Dues: $265 (first facility) + $155 (each additional facility)
Dues include the national Self-Storage Association affiliation benefits not the full SSA membership benefits. (Please contact the SSA for full membership benefits.)
Small Facility
Membership Type: Small Facility
(less than 100 units and/or 10,000 square feet)
Also, those entering the industry as Prospective Owners may join under this membership type, and then convert to a regular Owner/Operator membership when their first facility opens.

Prospective Owner
Membership Type: Prospective Owners
(less than 100 units and/or 10,000 square feet)

Associates are vendors to the self-storage industry who want exposure to owner/operators around the state and beyond.
