Jeff Gorden

Jeff Gorden is an owner/operator of self-storage facilities in Arizona and Nevada and has operated successful commercial real estate investment and brokerage businesses for more than 20 years. He has extensive operational and transactional experience in self-storage, multifamily, and retail properties.
Jeff believes strongly in community stewardship and has served on multiple city and industry boards, including AZSA. His leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Chandler Leadership Institute and the Board of Adjustment. He is also a member of industry groups, including the National Association of Realtors, the CCIM Institute, and AZSA, where he currently serves as President.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has owned and managed several types of real estate assets, including self-storage facilities, apartments, and rental homes. Because of his experience and relationships with many AZSA members, Jeff believes AZSA plays a crucial role in supporting smaller owners and strongly values small-facility representation on AZSA's Board of Directors.
