SmartStop Self Storage
Organization Overview
SmartStop 3PM was formed through a partnership between Argus Professional Storage Management and SmartStop Self Storage—two organizations that spent decades building their respective strengths before joining forces. Argus brought a leadership team with hands-on management experience, deep operational talent, and a reputation built on owner-first relationships. SmartStop brought enterprise technology, national scale, and industry-leading performance. Together, they created SmartStop 3PM, a third-party management platform that now oversees more than 475 properties across the U.S. and Canada, built for self-storage entrepreneurs who are ready to grow.
